Secret Recipe Vault is a paid digital culinary library containing reverse-engineered copycat recipes, spice blends, marinades, preparation guides, and cooking techniques developed independently by our test kitchen for educational and home cooking purposes.

3. User Eligibility & Account Registration

To create an account and purchase access to Secret Recipe Vault, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Account sharing or reselling your login credentials to third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach resulting in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Pricing, Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellation

Access to Secret Recipe Vault is offered under specified membership tiers:

• Monthly Subscription Plan: Billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle date.
• Lifetime All-Access Pass: A single, one-time payment providing continuous digital access to all existing and future recipes published in the vault for the operational lifecycle of the product, with no recurring renewal fees.

Cancellation: You may cancel a recurring monthly subscription at any time directly through your account settings or by emailing vaultsecretrecipe@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period.

6. Intellectual Property & Limited Personal License

Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, publish, sublicense, create derivative commercial works from, or publicly display any portion of the recipe library without prior written consent from Secret Recipe Vault.

7. Kitchen Safety, Dietary, and Allergen Disclaimers

Recipes, ingredient measurements, temperatures, and cooking times are provided for educational and informational purposes only. When preparing meals at home:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring proper food safety, hygiene, internal cooking temperatures (e.g., poultry, meats, and seafood), and correct kitchen appliance operation.
• You are responsible for checking all food packaging for food allergens, dietary restrictions, and ingredient sensitivities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Secret Recipe Vault and its operators, contributors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or kitchen property damage arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Secret Recipe Vault in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
